   LOVE:  The Next Time Around

A New Group for Men and Women
Using Expressive Arts Therapy & the Latest Research
To Create a Conscious Relationship

  • Are you Lonely?
  • Worried You will Never Find Your Perfect Partner?
  • Afraid You'll Lose Yourself in Your Relationship?

Finding ourselves without a partner can feel unsettling and lonely.  Fear of repeating familiar patterns or not feeling "good enough" challenge our desire to start over.  We could be carrying hurts and resentments that block our ability to develop a new loving relationship.

This group provides a safe space to cope with the obstacles we face from a breakup, divorce or loss.
Based on current research, Amy and Andrew present new ways of understanding our patterns, using mindful inquiry and expressive arts therapy to explore our behaviors, beliefs and feelings.
